First time there today. Dealt with Pete for State inspections. The results were as I anticipated on what needed to be done immediately vs coming up soon, no surprises. The staff all were super friendly and prices in line and reasonable for the the geographic area. I can recommend them fully based on my experience. They seem to be committed to make sure you will be satisfied and will address the issues of concern.

These guys are great! Above all else, I was impressed with the friendly and helpful attitudes of the manager and his staff. Furthermore, they worked around my messy schedule. I was held up on a project and was late for my appointment. It wasn't a problem for the United team, they re-prioritized jobs to fit me in that day. Very grateful for that. Finally, after only 5 days with my new tires (which were great!) I hit a bad pothole and one blew out. The manager at United gave me a major discount on the replacement tire after seeing that there was no warranty on my particular tire. They've definitely won my business! Thank you! -Hutch

I went in for my first ever visit today to have a tire patched. The whole staff there was pleasant, friendly, and very approachable. As I sat there I was amazed at just how they treated every customer that walked in or called on the phone. They treated everyone like only their problem mattered and they had the answer for every question, there was no looking things up or asking someone to hold. These guys are really knowledgeable. I 100% recommend the Willow Grove location and will definitely be using them for future car repairs. Great experience!
