I've been there three times and had three great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Last work I had done Jim went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely excellent service,very knowledgable,answer all questions,never lie about what's wrong & if it should be fixed immediately or if it can waite.Been coming here for well over 15 years + Friendly staff.Work on finding the problem you are experiencing & fix it.I never had to bring my vehicles back to correct an original problem.I have been to other places that lie & try to get you to spend more money ,especially when they see a woman or elderly come in.Here they never take advantage of anyone & have fair & competitive prices & are willing to allow you to have tires shipped to their facility if you need to order special ones..They are not pushy looking for a quick buck.I will always come here.They don't only specialize in tires ,but have very good mechanics that really know their stuff.

I have always gotten prompt and quality work at this store. Today I brought a tire on the rim with a broken TPMS stem. They fixed it in under 30 minutes and took the time to service only the broken stem and preserve the sensor which did not need replacing. I will be back for the other 3 stems and will continue to bring all 4 cars there for service.

United Tire of Downingtown has been servicing my cars for 20 years. Kevin, Bob, and Alan are honest and competent and are always pleasant to deal with.

I am from Downingtown but live in Washington, DC and I come here to buy tires when visiting family. Great experience and price getting tires for my car.
