Got a flat on a road trip. Pulled in at closing time. They stayed three hours to help us. Way above and beyond the call of tire duty.

Great shop, great guys! Flexible + willing to work with you on scheduling to get your job done. Transparent about "need now" vs "need soon" in terms of work you may have to have done... And good customer service:: While waiting for my inspection, a woman entered the shop asking for directions to a local facility (she was a bit distraught, unfamiliar with the area, and stated she was unable to drive there so was wondering how long it would take to walk). Two guys from the shop gave her a lift - one drove her + the other drove her vehicle! I work in the service industry + oversee 5 teams of people... it's not every day you see customer service like that! Shout out to the shop!

I have been coming to this business for automotive needs for over 10 years now. They do good work at good prices. They are honest (which is priceless in this industry). They never try and sell me anything I do not need, and things that do need attention, they make it clear when you can wait on those items for later or if they are imminently going to be a problem. If there ever is a problem with their service (very very rarely), they handle it excellently by fixing the problem and taking care of things for you. Also, downtown Phoenixville is a 10 minute walk down the sidewalk to a lot of fun spots while you wait if the service is long enough!

They were willing to fit me in and resolve my flat tire and did a thorough diagnostic and fixed those issues.
