For anyone looking for tires or service, I would highly recommend United Tire in Downingtown. They have been servicing my 2007 Toyota Matrix (206,000 miles!) for over 10 years. Frank, Chris and their mechanics are the BEST ! Knowledgeable and honest. They always explain what needs to be done in terms I understand. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I was referred here by a friend. Chris and his team took care of me immediately to address 3 needs, oil leak and side mirror replacement on GMC pickup and inspection on second GMC suv. I just met them 3 weeks ago and all things are accomplished. They accommodated our schedule. I am a contractor and do not recommend much. Thanks United Tire. Chuck Ammon

The customer service here is unmatched! Ted is fantastic and so friendly! He remembers me every time (and everyone else it seems). If I stay and wait for a service to be complete I always feel welcome and comfortable. I’ve never been unhappy with the work done either, but it’s the great customer service that keeps me coming back. Thank you!
